Stephen is the first Black American research analyst to lead the Military Space, Missile Defense and Defense Innovation portfolio for the U.S. Congress' research service in the Foreign Affairs; Defense and Trade Division. In this role, Stephen is the only non-partisan space policy expert in the nation to provide authoritative analysis on foreign and domestic space issues to Members of Congress and their staff. Outside of his day job in national security, he is also an author, playwright, single father by choice, and national and international keynote speaker featured in the NY Times, CNN and various magazines. Stephen takes his audience on a journey to motivate, inspire and engage as he uses his life's journey as an insight to inspire yours to greatness. Stephen's vast experiences have allowed Stephen to hone his skills of leadership, education, communication and handling adversity, which he shares in a way that will lead you to success.
